Shipping policy

All items will have a shipping fee based on total weight of the items.

All orders are created after order submission. Due to the time needed to complete the custom designs, please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for order processing. If items are needed sooner, please email us at kraftykotton@gmail.com to confirm that we are able to expedite your request to meet your timeframe.

Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email provided during check-out. Please ensure it is accurate. 

PLEASE NOTE: Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email address provided at check-out and/or account creation. KraftyKotton will do our best to track and/or locate the shipped order. However, KraftyKotton is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items due to shipping.
